(LATCH -Lower Anchor and Tethers for Children- refers to the pair of fixed lower anchors built into the crease between the seat back and seat cushion. The Clek Olli Booster seats are also very comfortable (no "numb bum" and they have padded arm rests which are great for longer car rides!). They have an adaptable storage pocket that can hold a drink mp3 player or whatever else your child needs it to hold, the seat cover is removable and washable and is available in a variety of great colors and prints and it includes a carrying strap for easy portability.
All in all it's a great booster seat and it keeps mom safe in between her taxi runs--gotta like that!! ;)
